Best Places to Buy Real Christmas Trees in Singapore (2026)

Compare the best places to buy fresh Noble, Nordmann and Hybrid fir trees in Singapore, including prices, delivery, stands and disposal.

There are perfectly good artificial Christmas trees these days — some so convincing that you have to get rather close before admitting defeat — but they still do not quite replicate walking into the living room and getting that unmistakable fresh-fir smell.

If a real Christmas tree is part of Christmas at home for you, Singapore has a surprisingly decent selection. Fresh firs are imported for a fairly short window each year, generally arriving from mid to late November, and the most popular sizes can disappear quickly.

For Christmas 2026, our top choices include Far East Flora for the best all-round buy, The Green Corner if you want delivery and set-up taken care of, Sing See Soon for its unusual Hybrid Firs, and Little Flower Hut if you want a straightforward tree-and-delivery package.

Prices and availability below were checked on 26 October 2026. Christmas tree stock changes quickly, so it is worth checking again before making a special trip.

Where is the best place to buy a real Christmas tree in Singapore?

If you simply want our pick, Far East Flora is the best place to start for most households in 2026. It has both Noble and Nordmann firs, sizes from 4–5 ft to 9–10 ft, and — importantly when comparing prices — a tree stand is already included. Early-bird prices currently start at $149.

For shoppers who want more hands-on service, The Green Corner is particularly good because you can add delivery and actual set-up rather than having a very large netted tree deposited at your door. Sing See Soon, meanwhile, is one of the more interesting options this year because its range uses Hybrid Firs rather than the Noble Firs that dominate the Singapore market.

What's your pick?

Vote for the place you would recommend most.

A small warning when comparing prices: the cheapest-looking tree is not always the cheapest tree once it is standing upright in your home. Delivery, a stand, set-up and post-Christmas collection can all be separate charges.

1. Far East Flora — Best overall real Christmas tree in Singapore

For the simplest recommendation this year, we would go with Far East Flora.

Its 2026 Christmas collection includes both USA Noble Fir and Nordmann Fir trees, giving you more choice than retailers carrying only Noble Firs. Sizes currently run from compact 4–5 ft trees to imposing 9–10 ft versions.

Early-bird prices start at $149, with the largest 9–10 ft options listed at $743 at the time of checking. More importantly, every tree includes a stand, which makes Far East Flora’s headline prices easier to compare with retailers charging for one separately.

Noble Fir is the classic choice if you like layered branches, slightly blue-green foliage and plenty of sturdy places to hang ornaments. Nordmann Fir has softer, glossier foliage and particularly good needle retention, which can be appealing if the thought of sweeping needles every evening slightly diminishes your Christmas spirit.

Islandwide deliveries are scheduled from 16 November 2026, with delivery currently priced at $33 for trees below 9 ft and $55 for trees 9 ft and above.

Best for: Most families; anyone who wants Noble and Nordmann Fir options; shoppers who want a stand included.

Our pick: A 5–6 ft or 6–7 ft tree is likely to be the sweet spot for many Singapore apartments. Measure your actual space before ordering rather than relying solely on ceiling height — a beautifully full tree can occupy much more floor space than expected.

2. The Green Corner — Best for delivery, set-up and big Christmas trees

Buying a two-metre tree is the fun part. Getting it through the door, out of its netting and standing completely straight while everyone offers conflicting advice is rather less festive.

That is where The Green Corner, the retail arm of Prince’s Landscape, stands out.

Its 2026 range comprises premium-grade USA Noble Firs from 4 ft all the way to 12 ft, with even larger 13–20 ft trees offered for major spaces and commercial installations. Prices currently begin at $169 for 4 ft, rising to $299 for a 7 ft tree and considerably more once you enter hotel-lobby territory.

You can collect your tree yourself, but the useful option is its paid delivery and set-up service. For a 6 ft tree, for example, the $35 service includes carrying it in, cutting away the netting, putting it into its stand and checking that it is straight. The stand itself is yours to keep.

There is also an optional post-Christmas dismantling and removal service. For 4–8 ft trees, this is currently $40, and The Green Corner says trees it collects are kept out of waste and put back to use through its green initiative.

This is probably the option we would choose for a larger tree, particularly if stairs, narrow doors or a rather precious living-room floor are involved.

Best for: Larger trees, condos and landed homes; shoppers who want someone else to handle the awkward part.

Worth knowing: Delivery and set-up run from 15 November to 23 December for the sizes we checked.

3. Sing See Soon — Best for a Hybrid Fir

If you have bought a Noble Fir several Christmases in a row and fancy something a little different, Sing See Soon has one of the more distinctive 2026 ranges.

Its trees are Hybrid Firs, combining characteristics associated with Douglas, Noble and Balsam firs. Sing See Soon describes them as full and dense, with sturdy branches and soft, fragrant needles.

There is also an unusually broad size range. The current collection starts with a petite 3–4 ft tree at an early-bird $100.80, followed by 4–5 ft, 5–6 ft and 6–7 ft options, continuing all the way to 10–12 ft. A 6–7 ft tree is currently $312.48 under the 10% early-bird promotion.

Do factor in the extras. Stands are not included and currently start at $17, while disposal starts at $50. Islandwide tree delivery is $40 per trip, with deliveries beginning from 24 November 2026.

It is not necessarily the cheapest option once everything is added, but the Hybrid Fir itself gives Sing See Soon a genuine point of difference.

Best for: Anyone who wants something other than the standard Noble Fir.

Good to know: The 3–4 ft size is particularly useful if you want a real tree without surrendering half the living room.

4. JM Flower — Best for range and potential value

JM Flower, also known as Ji Mei Flower, is one of Singapore’s perennial Christmas-tree names, and its Thomson nursery is especially useful if you prefer doing your festive shopping in person rather than choosing a tree entirely from a product photograph.

Its 2026 collection lists both Noble and Nordmann Firs, with sizes extending from small tabletop trees to 11–12 ft giants. Listed early-bird prices include $99 for a 3–4 ft Noble Fir and $119 for a 5–6 ft Noble Fir sold under its Grab & Go option.

There is one important caveat: when we checked JM Flower’s collection, a number of the 2026 listings were showing as unavailable, even though the seasonal catalogue and delivery information had been published. We would therefore check live availability rather than making a trip solely on the basis of a particular price or size.

JM Flower says scheduled Christmas-tree deliveries begin from 17 November 2026. Its nursery is at 5 Joan Road and opens until 9pm from Monday to Saturday, which also makes it one of the more convenient places to browse after work.

Best for: Shoppers who want plenty of sizes or prefer visiting a proper nursery.

Our advice: Check stock before travelling. If the Grab & Go trees are available when you buy, they can be among the better-value real trees in Singapore.

5. Little Flower Hut — Best for fuss-free delivery

Not everyone wants to spend a Saturday comparing branch density at a nursery.

For a more straightforward order-the-tree-and-send-it-to-my-house option, Little Flower Hut makes a good case.

Its full-size fresh Noble Fir currently starts at $259.90, with sizes from 2–3 ft tabletop trees through to 7–8 ft. The price is higher than the cheapest nursery options, but both delivery and the Christmas-tree stand are included, which makes the final cost more predictable.

It also has a substantial range of smaller festive trees and arrangements. That makes it particularly useful if your definition of a Christmas tree is more “something lovely beside the sofa” than “fir tree brushing the ceiling”.

Little Flower Hut also offers same-day and express delivery options, although special timings and restricted locations can attract additional charges.

Best for: Convenience, gifting and people who do not want to arrange a stand and delivery separately.

Trade-off: You are paying a premium for that convenience. If price is the main consideration, compare the final delivered cost with Far East Flora or JM Flower before ordering.

6. Song Lang Garden — Best real Christmas tree option in the East

For East Coast residents, Song Lang Garden is worth knowing about.

This long-running Tanjong Katong nursery has sold USA Noble Fir Christmas trees in previous seasons and is again included in current 2026 Christmas-tree listings. Orders are typically coordinated directly with the nursery, including through its social channels or WhatsApp rather than a slick Christmas-tree ecommerce catalogue.

The appeal here is less about comparing twenty specifications online and more about buying from a proper neighbourhood nursery. Song Lang Garden has been operating from Tanjong Katong for decades and is a familiar stop for plants, pots and gardening supplies throughout the year.

Current tree sizes and prices are not published as clearly as those of our other picks, so call ahead before visiting specifically for a Christmas tree.

Best for: Katong, Marine Parade and East Coast households; shoppers who like choosing from a nursery.

Noble Fir vs Nordmann Fir vs Hybrid Fir: which should you buy?

For most households, you do not need to overthink this.

A Noble Fir is the safest all-round choice. Its branches are strong and nicely spaced, making it particularly good if your family owns approximately 947 Christmas ornaments and intends to use every one of them.

A Nordmann Fir is worth considering if softer needles and good needle retention matter more to you. Far East Flora has both options this year.

A Hybrid Fir, meanwhile, is currently available from Sing See Soon. Its combination of fullness, strong branches and softer fragrant needles makes it an interesting alternative if you have had Noble Firs before.

What size Christmas tree should you buy for a Singapore home?

For many HDB and condo living rooms, 5–6 ft is the easiest size to live with. It is large enough to feel like a proper Christmas tree without dominating the entire room.

A 6–7 ft tree creates considerably more impact, but remember that the measurement is only its height. Width varies naturally from tree to tree, and the stand, decorations and topper all require additional space.

Before ordering:

  1. Measure from the floor to the ceiling.
  2. Allow room above the tree for your topper.
  3. Measure the available width, not just the height.
  4. Check the route from your front door to the tree’s final position.
  5. If you have lift restrictions, stairs or an unusually narrow entrance, tell the retailer before delivery.

That last point becomes much more important once you start buying 8 ft trees.

When should you have a real Christmas tree delivered in Singapore?

If you want your tree looking particularly good on Christmas Day, we would generally aim for late November to the first week of December rather than taking the earliest possible delivery.

JM Flower advises that a properly cared-for real tree can remain fresh for roughly three to four weeks in Singapore.

The exact lifespan varies according to the individual tree, how recently it was cut and how it is cared for. A mid-November tree therefore gives you a wonderfully early start to Christmas, but one delivered in early December has less time to dry out before 25 December.

How do you keep a real Christmas tree fresh in Singapore?

Singapore’s weather is not exactly what a fir tree had in mind when it grew up.

Once the tree is set up, the most important thing is to keep water in the stand. Check it every day rather than assuming yesterday’s water is still there.

Keep the tree away from strong direct sunlight and hot windows. JM Flower also recommends keeping trees away from direct air-conditioning drafts and lightly misting them to help retain moisture. Far East Flora similarly advises keeping the tree away from direct sunlight and heat and maintaining the water level in the stand.

The easier routine is simply to make checking the tree stand part of your morning for the few weeks it is up.

Don’t forget Christmas tree disposal

The glamorous part of owning a real tree ends rather abruptly in late December when you are left with a large, increasingly crispy fir in the middle of your living room.

Check disposal arrangements before buying, particularly if you live in an apartment.

The Green Corner offers post-Christmas dismantling and removal, with the service currently starting from $40 for smaller trees. Sing See Soon lists disposal separately from $50. Other retailers also offer collection depending on tree size and location.

It is much easier to add this while ordering than to begin investigating how one disposes of a seven-foot tree on Boxing Day.

Our verdict: where should you buy your 2026 Christmas tree?

For most households, we would start with Far East Flora. Its current early-bird pricing is competitive, the stand is included, there are two fir varieties to choose from and the range covers the sizes most people actually need.

Choose The Green Corner instead if service matters more than getting the lowest possible price — particularly for larger trees where professional delivery and set-up become genuinely useful.

Sing See Soon is our pick if you specifically want its Hybrid Fir, while Little Flower Hut is easiest for a straightforward delivered package. JM Flower is worth watching for value and variety once your preferred 2026 stock is confirmed.

And if you live around Katong, Song Lang Garden remains one of those useful neighbourhood options that may save you a trip across the island.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy a real Christmas tree in Singapore?

Current 2026 options include Far East Flora, The Green Corner, Sing See Soon, JM Flower, Little Flower Hut and Song Lang Garden. Far East Flora currently has one of the most complete ranges, with Noble and Nordmann Firs and stands included.

How much does a real Christmas tree cost in Singapore in 2026?

Entry prices currently start at around $100–$170 among the major nurseries, although the final price depends heavily on tree size and whether delivery and a stand are included. Far East Flora’s early-bird trees start at $149 with a stand, Sing See Soon’s petite Hybrid Fir is currently $100.80 before the stand, and The Green Corner starts at $169.

Can you get a real Christmas tree delivered in Singapore?

Yes. Most major sellers offer islandwide delivery. Far East Flora’s 2026 deliveries begin from 16 November, The Green Corner offers delivery and set-up from 15 November, JM Flower lists deliveries from 17 November and Sing See Soon begins its Christmas-tree deliveries from 24 November.

Are real Christmas trees in Singapore actually alive?

The large fir trees marketed locally as real or “live” Christmas trees are generally fresh-cut imported trees, rather than rooted trees that will continue growing in a pot. Retailers import seasonal firs and place the cut trunks into water-holding Christmas-tree stands.

Which real Christmas tree drops the fewest needles?

Nordmann Fir is particularly known for good needle retention and softer foliage. Noble Fir also performs well and has stronger, well-spaced branches, making it a particularly practical tree for ornaments.

How long does a real Christmas tree last in Singapore?

Around three to four weeks is a reasonable expectation with good care, although this varies according to the individual tree, when it was cut and how it is stored. Keeping the stand supplied with water and avoiding heat and direct sunlight will help.

When should I order a real Christmas tree in Singapore?

Order in October or November if you want a particular variety, height or delivery date. The physical trees typically arrive from mid-November onwards, but retailers open pre-orders earlier and popular sizes can sell out.

How we chose the best real Christmas trees in Singapore

For this guide, we checked retailers’ current 2026 Christmas-tree ranges, tree varieties, published prices, available sizes, whether a stand is included, delivery arrangements and disposal or set-up services. Where a retailer’s 2026 stock or pricing could not be independently confirmed, we have said so rather than carrying forward an older price.

Last checked: 26 October 2026. Prices, promotions, availability and delivery slots may change as Christmas approaches.
